I sit down with Pro Triathlete John Hirsch and talk about everything that goes into going pro and his training camp Strong like Bull

After toughman we all headed back to the house for wayward triathletes had a couple of beers and i sat everyone down for a post race interview.  i wanted to get that energy and true feeling about how a triathlete feels right after a race.

During my interview with John Hirsch, (soon to be released) I asked him for 1 piece of advice to give to an agegrouper like myself. What he said blew my mind and spawned this episode. It’s a simple statement and a very true statement. GO EASY on your easy days. Look back at your season how many easy days did you actually go easy and how many easy days did you go medium to hard?
