Episode 8

Missed workouts, winning a race, whipping it out, and trying to make the video quality look better with different lighting.  tried to use my friends camera and the sound did not seem to want to come into Ivideo so such is life i had to do it in 3 takes but the kick is it was better after the 3rd take lots less ums and likes so maybe i should do it in multiple tries because you do multiple drafts of other things so why not this.
