Thanks to the glory that is twitter i was able to meet a guy named Speedy Sasquatch. He was in town to do the Cherry Blossom 10miler in Washington DC. the day before the race he was kind enough along with his friend bill to sit down with me in the Dupont Circle Starbucks and chat about himself for 1.5 hours.

The Audio is not the best because i am still learning with my new camera, also the video is not the best because i have to compress it in order to get the file size down low enough so it will fit in my Libsyn cap. Both of these things should be fixed in time.

i gush over my favorite podcast, originally this was 22 min long i cut out 10 min of me just going nuts about how great these podcasts are so you are left with mostly we going bananas over them.

this is the first podcast with the Flip Video HD sound is not great but i am going to try and record in my closet that should have less echo and allow me to talk louder while recording.

i am also looking into getting final cut express to edit the movies together right now i am using imovie which is great but i want to do so much more now that i have dont this much, apple is great with the gateway drug!
